Andrew and Katie Cherkasky are the founding partners of Golden Law based out of New York City, Southern California, and throughout the nation. They have over 35 years of experience in the law. Our attorneys all former federal prosecutors and military veterans. Catherine (Katie) Cherkasky is a former federal prosecutor and military veteran who has established herself as one of the nation’s most respected legal analysts, legal writers, and trial attorneys. With extensive experience in complex federal litigation and appeals, she has become particularly well-known for her Constitutional expertise and logical approach to the law. With nearly two decades of experience, she has litigated dozens of complex federal criminal jury trials, authored many dozens of appeals, and represented thousands more dealing with a wide range of criminal and civil rights issues.
